  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery to enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided packing slip.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
